One car, lots of trips. If you drive more than the flat-rate allowance covers, itemised claims need a log that is accurate to the kilometre.
In development · the test car is already recording
We never invent trips for your log. Plug the device into your car, KmFlow records every trip, and at the end of the month you approve them. Only what the car actually drove goes in.
Only what the car's GPS recorded goes into the log.
Close the month, print it, sign it, file it.
Runs on a server in Budapest; addresses come from our own map server, not from Google.
You're sitting with your calendar and fuel receipts, trying to remember whether you drove to Vác or to Göd on Tuesday. Your accountant wants the log on Monday.
If a detail is missing, you can't claim that cost, and you can't add it later either. With KmFlow the list builds up as you drive; you only need to check it.
You install the device once. After that, all you do is mark which trips were business and close the month at the end.

The OBD GPS device goes into the diagnostic port under the steering wheel. No tools, no mechanic.

Ignition on starts a trip, ignition off ends it: every trip lands in your list with start and end address, time and distance.

Add the purpose and the partner you visited to business trips. Set private trips aside with a single click.

Close the month and get a printable trip log with an ID and a verification QR code. A closed month no longer changes.
The same log, just at a different scale.

One car, lots of trips. If you drive more than the flat-rate allowance covers, itemised claims need a log that is accurate to the kilometre.

Several cars, several drivers, a separate log for each car. For leased cars, itemised records are the basis for reclaiming VAT.

Your clients' logs in one place, with closed months and exports. Accountant access is the next step.
The log builds up as you go. At month end, all that's left is checking it.
What isn't written down can't be claimed. The device records every trip, even the ones you'd forget.
A closed month can't be edited. Corrections only happen as a new, logged version, so it shows what changed and when.
In Hungary, you can only claim the costs of a car that is also used privately if the log contains every mandatory detail. KmFlow collects them:
Nothing has to be submitted to NAV: the log has to be kept, retained and shown on inspection.
General summary, not tax advice. Your accountant can answer for your specific situation.
